Well it seems Jangra's kick stopped my P90X plans last time, but I am starting up again. After being introduced to Scooby from www.scoobysworkshop.com by Adil, I decided to change up my nutrition and start working out again. Right now I am making sample meal plans and then will start up with my plan. I should be done by this week and start next week. So far I only have some sample breakfast meals.
Breakfast 1:
2 cups of Oats
1 serving of milk
1 Banana
Total of 515 Calories, 19.3 g Protein, 9 g Fat
I will need a snack between this meal and the next which I need to think up of.
Breakfast 2:
3 Whole Eggs
2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
1 Banana
1 Apple
Total of 517 Calories, 27.5 g Protein, 16.3 g Fat
I will need a fat free snack between this meal and the next which I need to think up of.
The other meals should be easier because I was trying to keep the breakfast meal limited to normal breakfast meals like eggs, cereals, oats. I wanna add some peanut butter on bread as my snack but that will put me over the limit for my fat limit for each meal.
My weight now is 140 lb and I am 5'-7
